HOW DO I GET STARTED FILING FOR DISABILITY?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE ASK DISABILITY?

ASK disability attorneys work on a contingency fee basis. This means that the attorney only gets paid after winning a case. If the case is successful, the attorney typically receives a percentage of the retroactive benefits awarded to you. If the case is not successful, the attorney does not receive a fee.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SSDI and SSI?

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) offers coverage to individuals with a recent work history who have contributed to the Social Security system through payroll deductions.

Contrastingly, Supplemental Security Income does not require recent work history or a track record of Social Security contributions. SSI is designed for individuals facing health-related barriers to employment, with limited income and resources. It also extends benefits to children with disabilities.
